Manufacturing Center

Our “State-Of-The-Art” manufacturing center in Ambernath, Maharashtra is spread over 80,000 sqft of working space, divided into STRUCTURAL, MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL AND ASSEMBLY units .

We have a complete in-house engineering, assembly and fabrication capability with the latest machines, hardware & software technologies.

Quality Control

The Quality Control department performs inspections at each stage of manufacturing. Various checks including chemical & physical Testing, Hardness Testing, Overall Dimensions, Speed and Current Rating, Noise Level & more are performed on each crane, as standard practice.

Before dispatch, we fully inspect the cranes in “trial run” condition to ensure smooth operation subsquently.

Design, Technology, Automation

The In-House design team utilizes the most modern technologies and advanced CAD system design techniques, producing 2D & 3D drawings tailored to the customer’s requirement.

As a result, we are able to effectively design and implement automated solutions to meet the required custom specifications.
